Mmmmm.... turkey....

 

My cousin Mark and his wife Toni just came by to say hi and wound up getting conscripted into poultry processing duty.  Every year we learn more about the turkeys, and this year I learned that there's not a good commercial processing option for us.  So, we're doing it ourselves.  It's a big job, but Ben's got it down.  We're into labor intensive hobbies... baking bread, raising turkeys.... But, it all keeps us out of trouble I guess.
