Oh Alice, Our Alice

Oh Alice, our Alice. With Clyde at Mumsy Camp, Alice and I have spent a couple days together just the two of us. She's been kind of subdued, I think missing Clyde, but got pretty excited today to pick out nail polish and get a manicure and pedicure. She was saying "Nail polish is a girl thing." She and Clyde both are really interested in identifying things as being for girls or boys. Alice plays in the mud and loves her dollies. Clyde likes stuffed animals and dolls and guns. They play well together for the most part. I try not to stress gender differences, but boys are boys and girls are girls and it's funny to see how caught up about it they get sometimes.

  1. Boys and girls are so different! Finn is already starting to make explosion noises to accompany just about everything- going up the stairs, throwing things, waving his hands around. And no, I have no idea where he got it. Unless Jason does it when I'm not around...
