Norwood Ranch House

We did a remodel Norwood ranch house this summer. It involved putting in a new well and pump, replacing all the windows, replacing all the carpet and vinyl, updating both bathrooms, refinishing the wood floors, opening up a hallway, moving the laundry and the roof was replaced the year before. We tried to keep with the period and design of the house, which was totally 70s. It's pretty 70s though, so worth keeping. There is a lot of wood paneling, Mexican and Italian tile, dark wood kitchen cabinets, and some heavy Spanish style light fixtures. We did add some modern touches like blinds instead of heavy curtains. It turned out pretty well and we're happy to be right on the ranch with fabulous views out all our windows.

We moved in on September 10th. The kids really seem to like it and I love how open and light it is along with the great views.
