Really??!!? Just when you think you're done with projects, you find out you need a complete teardown and new roof... That's a sweet bubble of water coming down in our front hall.
We just had a lot of excavation work done and we're having the sprinklers fixed soon, so it's always something. Just in time for us to be moving up north!
